Okay guys, so I, the one and only awesomely awesome Jazzy, have a confession to make....I AM ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED WITH BEANIES!!! They're so darn cute!...I even have a huge (not really, unless 7 is considered alot haha) beanie collection, made up of beanies of all shapes,colors,and sizes. Heck I even have a cute little Zombie Beanie. I not only keeps my ears nice and warm, but it's also a nice accessory. Slouchy beanie's are the best. They go with just about anything!..I wear them when I'm dressed down and lounging and lounging around in an oversized shirt and leggings, or I'll even wear them with some of my more dressier, business casual outfits for work, to add some what I like to call "JAZZY-LICOUSNESS" to the outfit. :)

College Life: Freshmen Year

So my freshmen year of college is almost over. ONE MORE WEEK! YAY!!..which means exams, exams, and more exams. (BOO!!) Gotta love staying up all night studying for exams! Speaking of studying, I'm studying for my history test tomorrow that I have to take in the afternoon. I'm so mad at the fact that i have an exam on a SATURDAY, who gives exam's on a Saturday's anyways?

...So Freshman year? All I'm going to say is that this has been one of the hardest and most stressful year's of my life. I have never been so stressed and burntout in my 18 years of living on this Earth...and not to mention hungry...cafeteria food is...disgusting.

Here are some tips on how to survive freshman year of college:

- develop time management skills...trust me, this will definately make things easier for you.

- go to bed on time and don't stay up until 4 o' clock in the morning knowing that you have to get up in like 3 hours -___-

- try and get along with your roomate, because dealing with a roomate that hates you can be a major pain.

- get a car or make friends with people around you that have one otherwise you will be stuck on campus..BORED..DEPRESSED..yeah.

- DO NOT suck up to the frat and sorority LAME-O'S because most of them are jerks and think they run the campus....ahahahaha funny, anyways moving on......

- if you wanna blend in, where "preppy" clothing from aeropostal or hollister...hahahha...LAME-O'S.....or just do what I do and wear whatever :)...RAINBOW SOCKS AND TUTU'S FTW!! :D

- Do not cake on make-up, otherwise...let's just say you will draw the wrong attention -___-

- STUDY STUDY STUDY AND DO NOT LIVE OFF OF RAMEN!....ramen is bad for you and is definately a contributor to the FRESHMAN 15!

so yeah...do all of these things and you will survive freshman year :)

What is fashion?

...Seriously, what is fashion? Is there even a clear definition of this word/thing/idea? Well the answer to these 2 questions is a definate NO! Fashion, is a visual art  that should be observed and deciphered based on YOUR own opinion and not someone elses. It is all about EXPRESSION and CREATIVITY mixed with a bit if of ATTITUDE. In my opinion, a complete outfit/ look needs to express these 3 elements. Without these 3 elements, your look, is just....well, there, and that's not cute! In order to get on what I like to call "Glam Mode", you need to learn to accessorize, and no that does not mean that you have to pile on a whole bunch of jewelry because that is a BIG no-no. Remember, the more accessories you have on, the older you will look. Learn how to mix and match your clothing and accessories. Get as creative as you want with your look and view your body as a canvas, your clothing as the paint, and your accessories as the...uh...glitter, to create your look. (See the correlation between art and fashion ^__^) Be as free as you want to be with your look and remember as long as you are happy and confident, don't care about anybody else's opinion because they are more than likely TREND SLAVES. Yes, that's right folks!...TREND SLAVES...beware, they are everywhere and they will do anything they can to make you be as boring and UNORIGINAL as they are. So the next time your are out somewhere and you see a "trend slave" nearby...RUN! RUN FOR YOUR  PRECIOUS LIFE!! O__o
